ELABORATELY CARVED OAK HUNTBOARD,in two parts, circa 1850. Upper molded broken arch centered by boar's head flanked by turned finials; carved sea serpent forms with open-mouth lion heads supporting two open shelves with rosette-carved roundules; lower case with three aligned frieze drawers carved with ivy vine decoration above three cabinet doors, each with relief-carved panels; central door carved with birds separated; raised on four animal paw feet with later casters - H: 90 in.
