MEISSEN PORCELAIN CLOCK, late 19th-early 20th century; underglaze blue crossed swords marks, impressed mark 2172. Clock works unmarked. The clock, of rocaille form; the front encrusted with flowers throughout, decorated with putti emblematic of the four elements. - 18 1/4 in. high.

The back of the case with firing crack and hairline. Air figure - chips on the bird, missing one wing. Water figure - missing fish tail, one toe with a chip, laurel wreath with chips, object in hand chipped off. Earth figure - cornucopia foliage with chips, wheat stalk with chips. Fire figure in good condition. The encrusted flowers in overall good condition - some with small chips and fleabites.
