Feather banded inlaid top over a feather banded, bookmatched veneer slant front, opening to central door compartment flanked by three compartments, centered by three compartments over two shaped drawers with drop brass pulls. Writing surface having an old brown felt. Over two feather banded short drawers with engraved batwing brass pulls over three long drawers with identical pulls. Raised on bracket feet. - 41 1/2" high x 34 1/2" wide x 20 1/8" deep. Estimate $500-700
Splits to slant front, sides of case. Areas of loss to veneer throughout. Pulls are old, but replaced. Splits to the drawer bottoms. Hinges and locks are old. Felt in need of replacement. Bottoms and sides of drawers are old if not original. Temporary repair to upper left corner of the outside of the slant front.
