EARLY-MID 20TH CENTURY RED CHINOISERE SECRETARY.Early-Mid 20th Century. Unmarked. In two parts. Upper cabinet having mirrored panel, opening to three shelves. Over a slant front desk opening to a center door panel with key over a short drawer, flanked by compartments and two banks of drawers; over a writing surface with chinoisere finish. Over four drawers with brass pulls. Chinoisere finish to front, sides and inside of writing desk. - 86" high x 29 3/8" wide x 21 5/8" deep. Estimate $500-700
Split to left side of the case. The finish is quite good, minor wear associated with use. Four replaced keys are present for this secretary. Locks in need of adjustment.
