19TH CENTURY FRENCH PROVINCIAL OAK SETTEE IN THE LOUIS XV-STYLE,19th Century. Carved crest, shaped slats and arms, over drop in shaped seat over conforming apron. Upholstered in green stiped upholstery with two bolster pillows. Raised on cabriole leg ending in pad feet. - 39 3/4" high x 65 7/8" long x 26" deep. Estimate $1,500-2,000
Wear appropriate with age.. Both arms a bit loose. Two of the feet have been replaced. Areas of water damage to the surface of the back left leg. Peg construction. Worm holes and wear throughout appropriate to french provincial pieces. New upholstery in very good condition.
