20TH CENTURY FRENCH MADE REGENCE STYLE WALNUT BUFFET WITH MARBLE TOP,20th Century. Unmarked. Burgundy, maroon, white and grey serpentine marble top over conforming walnut case in the regence style. Marble with moulded edge, over two carved door panels which open to two shelves to the left and eight drawers to right with brass knob pulls. Flanked by two shaped carved door panels. Over carved apron , and raised on cabriole legs. Lock and key are present for the center door panels. No key is present for the left and right shaped panels. - 37 1/4" high x 88" wide x 24 1/2" deep. Estimate $700-900
One of the rails is lacking which supports one the shelves to the center compartment. The left and right door panels are presently locked and no key is present. Marble is clean with no chips or breaks. General wear associated with age and use to the case. Structurally sound.
