The model portrays from left to right, Vernon Lee Good, a Brethren minister named Fulcher, and Roy Gochenour (business partner of Mr. Good). Mr. Good was the postmaster of Rileyville, Page County, Virginia, a farmer and an antiques dealer who supplied all the homespun,, primitive hand goods to furnish Mt. Vernon when it was first restored, including goods of homespun flax, a spinning wheel, cooking and kitchenware, hairbrushes, all of which were period correct for the 18th century. (Historical information provided by Mr. Good's grandson who owns another example of the plaque lacking the Lombard & Ludwig lettering.)
