GEORGE III MAHOGANY CHEST ON CHEST.18th/19th Century. In two parts. The upper case with moulded cornice, over two drawers over two long drawers. Lower case with three drawers. Old locks to all drawers, but no key is present. Old hardware to all drawers. - 71 1/2" high x 42 1/4" wide x 21 3/4" deep. Estimate $500-600
Old splits to drawer bottoms. All drawers are lined with old paper. Old splits to both sides of the upper case. Area of loss to the top of the cornice front left corner. The lower case with a temporary fix to adjust for missing right back foot. The bottom of the front right bracket also requires restoration.
