162-PIECES OF ROGERS BROS. 1847 SILVERPLATE FLATWARE IN HERALDIC PATTERN IN FITTED CASE, Circa 1920. Hand-hammered surfaced texture with engraved monogram shield. In the hammered surface pattern, the following, twelve knives, unmonogramed, 9 7/16" in length; nine knives with rounded end to blade, 8 3/4" in length, monogramed with R.; eleven knives with rounded end to blade, unmonogramed, 9 1/4"; eleven forks, unmonogramed, 7 3/8"; nine forks monogramed with R, 7" in length; twenty desert forks/fish forks,nine of which are monogramed, with R, 5 3/4"; nine teaspoons, 5 3/16" in length, four with monogram; twenty-four grapefruit spoon, 5 7/8", twenty-four monogramed with R & S, one not monogramed; twelve boullion spoons, 5", monogramed with R; eleven unmonogramed soup spoons, 6 15/16; nine soup spoons, monogramed with R, 6 15/16"; twenty butter spreaders, monogramed R & S, 5 5/8"; Four serving spoons, monogramed R, 8 1/16"; and one fish server, monogramed R, 8 1/2". Total # of pieces in the Heraldic pattern, 162 pieces. Also includes four silverplate serving pieces in various patterns.Total # of pieces 166.
