FINE 1ST QUARTER 19TH CENTURY GEORGE IV MARQUETRY INLAID, ROSEWOOD & SATINWOOD DEMILUNE COMMODE, Circa 1825. Demilune banded and marquetry inlaid top over a gilt-bronze swan form mount. The top inlaid with neoclassical foliate and wreath design. Over six drawers with brass knob pulls, flanked by a pair of wirework door panels which each open to two shelves. Raised on tapered legs. The commode has been well maintained and has a nice patina. - 33 3/4" high x 48 3/4" wide x 22" deep.

Wide horizontal boards to the back of the case. The piece has been well maintained and has a nice patina.There is one key which works with the side panels, but not the drawers. The grill panels are a bit loose at the corners.
