Etching and mezzotint with touches of engraving plate signed and dated. First state of two, with narrow margins. A "Certificate of Authenticity" accompanies this lot from "Titus Fine Art" confirming PROVENANCE: Samuel Solomonovitsch Scheikevitch (1842-1908), Moscow and Paris (Lugt 2367 and 2264); signature and initials verso. Framed. Not examined out of frame. - - 3 3/8 x 3 6/8 in; frame: 19 x 18 in.
