Brass pendant or breastplate, often referred to as a Kalung (necklace) or Ageman (attire/ornament) in a broader sense, specifically a Pendant or Liontin (pendant) in Indonesian, and it features a stylized Naga (dragon or serpent) motif. The central, dominant design is a stylized representation of a Naga, a mythical serpent or dragon figure prominent in various Asian cultures, including Indonesian mythology and art. Naga motifs are often associated with power, protection, and fertility. Palembang is the capital of Indonesia's South Sumatra province and is a port city on the Musi River. - Length: 19 inches.
