The first pair are matching oval portrait engravings in gilt wood frames, titled "NAPOLÉON" and "MARIE-LOUISE." The third is a larger and , more finely detailed engraving titled "Napoleon Announcing to Josephine His Project of Divorce," a dramatic emotional scene showing Napoleon in military dress standing beside a grieving Josephine, based on a painting by E. Pagliano shown at the 1878 Exposition Universelle in Paris, engraved by Goufil & Cie and published by Gebbie & Barrie. All framed. None examined out of frame.
