THREE PLAINS OR SOUTHWESTERN NATIVE AMERICAN FOLK ART DOLLS. Set of three Plains or Southwestern Native American Folk Art Dolls. The dolls have soft bodies, which is a common and enduring style of Native American folk art doll-making across many tribes (e.g., Sioux, Navajo, Pueblo, Cheyenne). Their dresses are made of a light brown material that resembles suede or buckskin (often actual leather, suede cloth, or felt on modern collectible dolls). All the dolls are adorned with beadwork. Lastly, the dolls feature long, braided black yarn or synthetic fiber hair, often parted down the middle and held in place by a beaded headband. - Height: (approx): 16.5 inches. $120-250
